Lesley Kirkman (FNAEA Dip. REA) - Director
Lesley is one of the most qualified Estates Agents in the country being one of only a handful who have successfully completed the diploma in residential estate agency. She combines her knowledge of property with her creative ideas so can advise clients on how to maximise the value of their property.
When not at work she enjoys, swimming, gardening, walking, yoga, travelling and reading.
David Kirkman (BA) - Director - Property Management Specialist
After successfully obtaining a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Criminology from the University of Leicester, David worked in the city of London in the highly competitve world of executive recruitment. He has newly transferred these skills to benefit our client landlords in managing the relationships between tenant and landlord resulting in a 98% occupied property portfolio.
His interests include, squash, football, rugby, travelling, skiing, sky diving and extreme sports.
Alan Kirkman (FNAEA) - Director
Alan is a director of Tudor Estates, Tudor Network Auctions and Essex Teaml, which is a network of independently owned estates agents.Since 2005 he has been the property expert for the Yellow Advertiser and has appeared weekly answering the publics questions. Alan has also developed a keen interest in local history since owning Swan Hall the medieval market hall which is Tudor Estates head office. Swan Hall is available for registered charities to use for fund raising events.
His interests include, rugby, gardening, history, walking, cooking, travelling and gliding
Elaine Corney - Rental Advisor
Elaine’s previous career was in banking and she has used that knowledge to great effect in handling landlords rental accounts since she joined Tudor Estates in 2000. Her efficiency means our property management process is highly effective in maintaining a large rental portfolio with very few arrears.
She enjoys, swimming, reading, and needle craft.
Louise Day (MNAEA) - Sales Negotiator and Administrator
Louise joined Tudor Estates in 1998, since then she has carried out most sales and administration jobs in the office. Highly organised Louise has a great input in making sure all the compliance procedures are in place and adhered to.
Outside of work she enjoys, swimming, reading and sports.
Luke Chiddicks MNAEA - Sales Consultant
Luke started his property career at Tudor as a school leaver, more than 10 years ago. Since then he has worked for a variety of local companies and now returns as a sales consultant.
When not successfully negotiating clients sales, he enjoys watching a variety of sports.
Malcolm Tuff FNAEA - Auction consultant
Malcolm joined Tudor Auction Department with a wealth of experience in the property industry. Malcolm is both well known and respected with over 35 years knowledge of the local property market, with the last six years specialising in the Auction field. "I am looking forward immensely to continuing to help and assist clients in both selling/buying land and property by auction through Tudor Network Auctions." His interests include playing golf, watching most sports particularly football, travelling abroad and dining out with friends.
Joann Clarke - Negotiator
Joann has worked for Tudor for several years now and has a wealth of experience in finding the right property for her clients whether for sale or rent. Her interests include, theatre, dancing, food, socialising and family activities.
Kim Williamson - Property managemen negotiator
Kim has recently relocated from the North of England where she has been involved in the property market for over eleven years. Well organised and personable, Kim's in depth knowledge and experience in her field enables her to deal with the complex relationship between landlords and tenants with ease. Kim's interests include reading, walking, gardening, theatre, swimming, cooking and a nice Rioja!
Lucy Sadler - Administrator / Negotiator
With over five years administration experience, Lucy brings a wide range and variety of IT and design skills enabling our clients properties to be in the front line of marketing. Included in Lucy's wide range of interests are skate boarding, cycling, travelling, photography and music.
