Homebuyers encouraged to buy houses for sale in the north

Homebuyers looking for houses to buy in the north of England have
been encouraged to go ahead with their purchase after a report
revealed a significant difference in prices between the area and
the south.
Yesterday (September 28th 2010), Zoopla.co.uk stated that the
average value of a residential property in the capital is
£413,350.
Findings also showed that the average house price in North
Lincolnshire is far lower at £124,921.
The report added that the top ten wealthiest property markets are
in the south of the country, while the north has the top ten
poorest ones.
This could encourage homebuyers looking to purchase a house for
sale to head to the north of England where there is likely to be a
large supply of houses after Hometrack reported that the number of
properties coming onto the market has risen by 7.2 per cent over
the last three months.
It also revealed that in September 2010 alone, supply increased by
1.2 per cent.
